Unknown to the Imperium, the Emperor did create female Primarchs. Lost like their brothers in the 30th Millennium, these two sisters went on to join their father’s Great Crusade but the Emperor, foreseeing that they could potentially fall to the Ruinous Powers like 9 of their brothers eventually would, sequestered them away on a planet known as Equus. Like their father and brother Magnus the Red, these two Primarchs were highly gifted with the psychic powers of the Immatertium and could shift between their equine and human forms at will. Crafting a species in their equine form’s image, Celestia and Luna would remain in these forms until such time as an enemy threatened their subjects. When that happened, that enemy would know the wrath of the Daughters of the Emperor.
