Lemon is noticeably taller. Though it is worth noting that character height fluctuates wildly in Equestria Girls, especially between the adults such as Celestia, Luna and Cinch. In one scene Luna and Cinch will be the same height with Celestia being taller than both of them. In another Celestia is the same height as them.
