Usually it means marriage but yeah it could be just for decoration, hindu girls that I know usually wear them in their words “just because I wanted to”.
Red Bindis can mean more than just marriage; they can even be worn just for decoration.
It’s called a Bindi and she can wear one even if she’s not married, although a red bindi means she is married. So it depends on the artist on what it meant, I doubt he/she wholly understand Hindu/Indian culture.
I don’t know anything about that, I wasn’t even going to put it, it made a convenient substitution for her horn though so yknow.
