M10 Wolverine, maybe an M18 Hellcat
The M10’s pintle-mount M2 was at the center rear of the turret; the M18’s was on a rotating ring mount about halfway back on the left side, but all the space to the right of the gun was taken up by ammunition storage, so there’s be no place to sit.

As far as I know, the only M1919 variant that fed from the right was a coaxial mount version only.
…Prooooobably we’re overthinking it and TJP just drew “tank turret with machinegun”.
From the gun mantlet it looks like an M10 Wolverine, maybe an M18 Hellcat. I think that’s supposed to be a .50cal up top.
