I see a lot of artists do this, but the source URL field is not a personal advertising space, it’s a tool people use to find the origins of an image.
I recommend you link your accounts (which you can do here).
That way, people can find your deviantArt page through your
artist:tag.It also gives you more control over your art, even if someone else uploads it.
(There are other, minor bonuses, but they’re things like badges when you reach certain milestones.)
