I think people can come at it from multiple sides. There’s the obvious domination/submission aspect, but there’s also endosomatophilia, where the appeal just lies in one living being being surrounded by another living being, which is probably more prevalent in non-oral vore (anal vore, cockvore, and unbirth).

Fetishes aren’t really something that can be explained. You either have it or you don’t.
