This. Like when she hid Twilight and Rarity from Garble after Spike told her they were his friends despite clearly showing distaste for ponies. That willingness to hear someone out, combined with her ambition, is what makes her so interesting to me.

Not quite sure I’d call her good-hearted, but she’s certainly more pragmatic and willing to listen than your average dragon.

With good reason (or at least I’d like to think so!). She’s pretty, of course, that’s the first thing we noticed. But then we found her to be a fairly compelling character as well (even if she was a bit of an archetype/trope character, but then again, what characters aren’t?). Also, people just eat up the tsundere/apprehensive thing she’s got going.
