Nah. That’s only if you say “sugar cube” into the mirror three times during the night of a harvest moon. Have to do it while moonlight shines directly upon the mirror, I should add. Otherwise you’ll just find a half-eaten apple on the counter the next time you enter the room.

You’re supposed to put a slice of cake in the top section and her picture above the pentagram. It’s not altogether different from the summoning sign for Molestia, albeit the offerings are less awkward to purchase.

Replace the tea with coffee, the sugar cubes with pancakes, and the feather with a book, and you’ll summon Twilight.  
Also, I think the sugar cubes would automatically summon AJ
