It’s complicated. I have no real control over when people add that one; it’s like the cute tag in that it’s not something I’d ever add on my own (unless by accident when I copy tags from another image; I’ve done that a few times :P)
 
So as far as intentionally drawing content goes, owning half of a niche tag is a big accomplishment, whereas reward-wise getting the “badumsquish strikes again” tag is a huge accomplishment :P It’s like comparing score of art to quantity of art; you just can’t rank ’em on the same scale :D
