Description
Emerald writes to both Sensoria and Hope asking about how to combat the undead while on the sea. He spends an inordinate amount of time on Hope’s letter, wanting to make it as good as possible. Emerald asks how they are doing, and if anything of note as happpened to them.
He then seals the letter and sends them off with his dragonfire lantern.
Emerald continues to sit at the desk, waiting for a response. Eventually a letter coalesces out of nowhere and drops onto Emerald’s head.
Taking it up quickly, Emerald opens the sheet of parchment to find a letter from Sensoria.
“I’m sorry, can’t say I know too much about the undead my beloved. All I know of them is from what I’ve learned from my training. They say that for the common undead you simply need to break them into small enough pieces and they will disperse. For the bigger constructs however you need to find their power source and strike it with a powerful impact, whether that be a spell, strike, or gun. I hope that helps.”
Sensoria signs it with her name, as well as a lipstick marked SWAK.

Anon: So what do you think of the season 6 premier of mlp?
FicFic: Haven’t seen it yet
Anon: What’s your biggest fetish?
FicFic: Sissification, if that wasn’t obvious.
Anon: Why do some posts have different colors in the art. Some are red, others are green, there was one that was even yellow. Is there any significance to this?
FicFic: No, it’s just some time’s I choose different colors.
Anon: You sick of this quest yet?
FicFic: Nope. It’s fun! I looks forward to coming home and doing it. Though I also do enjoy my breaks from it, so make of that what you will.
Anon: And I enjoy playing this when you do it.
FicFic: Thanks.
Anon: What were all the outcomes for the pirate battle? How lucky were we to be on deck when the guy was going to use the telaporter? What would’ve happen if the telaporter worked?
FicFic: Spoilers, but Emerald, Joyride, and Ruby would have probably teleported away and would have had to walk the rest of the way. It would have some effects down the line as well.
Anon: Can Emerald dance? I said he could on that MarySue test but I’ve forgotten if he actually has in the quest.
FicFic: No. He never learned, but if he had it probably would have been the lady’s part in formal dancing.
Anon: Was there a reason why you did the second time skip so soon after the battle. Maybe it’s just me but I felt like we missed out on some stuff.
FicFic: Just wanted to see if people wanted to do it. I thought the ship part was getting pretty stale myself though.
Anon: So how much of the quest have you already made, how much have we been making you make up as you go by our prompts?
FicFic: I have a very basic idea of where things are going, and what the endgame MIGHT be. Like I said, it depends on what you guys want to do really.
Anon: Will we ever get to see what Emeralds parents look like?
FicFic: Yes probably.
Anon: Is there lewd scenarios you’ve wanted to happen, but hasn’t yet cause of the story not being steered in that direction yet?
FicFic: Not in particular no.
Anon: So when did you come up with the scenario of this undead attack. Seems slightly out of left field. Not that it isn’t good in fact it’s very interesting.
FicFic: Pretty early on. The rest is a bit spolier-y, but let’s just say I drew out what the rest of the world looks like already (mostly).
Anon: Can you give us any hint of what happen to Hope?
FicFic: You’ll find out soon.
Anon: I know that there was some discussion of where to move the cyoa if it got taken down here. If such a scenario were to happen would you move it to Derpibooru’s forums, tumblr, or some other place?
FicFic: Not sure. If it really were purged, I’d probably just wait a few days and then try to post it again. Worst comes to worst I’d do it on tumblr, but if i did that i’d be much more lazy about the updates probably. As for derpibooru, I didn’t even know it had forums.

FicFic: A few.
Anon: Also during the flashbacks could we have bad ended there too?
FicFic: I actually had a plan if that was going to happen. It was going to be like Emerald basically saying, “That didn’t actually happen, I was jsut seeing if you were paying attention.”
Anon: So of all the art you’ve drawn so far for Colt Quest what is your favorite piece ?

I don’t know why, but I really like the face.
Anon: One thing I’m curious about during the last flashback there was an option to do something to help Alcaris fight the guards on the street. None of us anons could think of anything. Was there something we could of done to have helped her that we missed?
FicFic: No, at least there the plan was that you couldn’t have helped. I suppose if you guys had thought of something brilliant I would have had to go with it though.
Anon: Are we going to get to hear what happened to Emeralds parents?

Anon: Who’s your favorite character right now?
FicFic: Hmm… I don’t know if I have an absolute favorite at the moment. They are all awesome imho.
Anon: Without being spoilery, is there any characters that you have planned you like?
FicFic: Yes, though to be fair, I wouldn’t post a character I didnt’ like at least a little.
Anon: How do you plan on handling the lore bits, like for example I think a gun might be a good idea for Emmy, but unless we enhance it with alchemy or magic,(like alchemy to automatically reload it or something). Are you gonna make that up as you go, or take a page from another CYOA, like Nips has Fruit Flank use a rifle that is magic, but has it’s own magic it works off of and takes a moment to reload. Though the gun should come second to leaning and advancing our magic first.
FicFic: I’m not actually sure exactly what you are asking still, desu.
