Well, it’s an AU where characters from those shows are role swapped with the characters in MLP, so it would make sense if Pony Alpha had a red tail and is a unicorn (cause he’s role swapped with Twilight.) It's bad. In a good way!

That middle one’s meant to be Alpha? You shoulda had his cutiemark be that green shield he uses, and given him a white tail, made him a pegasus with white wings… You know, actually make him look like he should?

We only have 3 things under the TOME tag, so I guess anything’s better than nothing. That show doesn’t get enough love.
