Imagine if this will be a mega plot twist of the whole series that all along Alicorn Twilight is actually Nurse Redheart.Maybe something’s happened before Season 3 or during Magical Mystery Cure and season 3 is just an illusion created by somepony.What actually happened is that the real Twilight is sent on a dangerous mission and Nurse Redheart is there for obvious reason (a medic,duh).And then a giant explosion has occurred almost killed everypony and Twilight and Redheart barely survived,Redheart went on plastic surgery to make her look like Twilight,hypnotized her to make her believe that SHE’S Twilight.But that’s just my theory though.
