Most of your arguments are based more on subjective opinions and tastes rather than actual facts. All of the mane 6 are sweet, but I assume you don’t want them all to be medic, correct? Even so, sweetness is not an important aspect to the medic’s character. It’s not even important for doctors to be sweet. Shy would be a hindrance for someone whose job is to deal with people regularly. And a match should not exist because of a comical or adorable story you can write with it, because if you took the time you can write an interesting story by pairing any pony with any merc.
No one is imposing their opinions anymore than you were with your original post.
Just because I posted some of Metal-Kitty’s art does not mean I’m claiming it to be the “right way” or the “only way”. You can take it or leave it if you like.

Game Medic is the guy who’s always got your back, always there to heal you up and support you.
Story Medic is an insane “doctor” who really only heals to satisfy his sick scientific curiosity.

I do not know why but always have that in arts of other artist always has one or more negative comments with the person drawing? it is as if would force people to accept how opinion metal kitty should be accepted, I think it’s disrespectful to other artist who like to fluttershy as medical, twilight as sniper, applejack as engineer, etcs.

Nope.
That argument does a lot of reaching, and is fairly one-sided. You bring up how sweet and shy Fluttershy is, but all that says is that you think that she should be the medic because she’s cute, and also assumes the others aren’t sweet. The medic uses animal organs because human organs either can’t or didn’t survive his experiments, and once more, every one of the Mane 6 talks to their animal companions.
Your argument that Fluttershy couldn’t be the sniper because he hunts animals is contradictory. She can’t be the sniper because he’s a hunter, and yet the medic’s use of animal organs makes him ideal? All you’re doing is taking advantage of a technicality that the medic doesn’t kill the animals himself.

The sniper isn’t a defensive role, it’s support, just like the medic. In fact, the medic has a more defensive role than the sniper, which I imagine is one reason why you prefer Fluttershy as the medic.
It depends on how you are seeing it.
I see no reason to change. fluttershy is healer and twilight is defensive attack.
the issue that are not 100% things that connect the mercenaries with the girls but certain points of the girls, example is the fluttershy, she i see as the sweet and but shy, concilida this way more with medical class now medic and fluttershy in the same universe is what we see in gmod and sfm where there a lot of times comic form makes the connection to the doctor Could be a bizarre way teaching about healing for fluttershy or simply he make her his the assistant.
as you said yourself he Knew the organ which Animal was but the common point between fluttershy and doctor and she knows well the animals,everyone can have pets but the doctor is one who has a social thing with the pigeons,he talks to them like people and fluttershy have this.

Of course the Medic knows what animal organs they are. He bought them, and I imagine for very specific reasons, so logically he knows what he was buying before he bought it and he likely recognizes it afterwards as a result. Saying that makes Fluttershy a good candidate for the Medic is like saying it makes her a good candidate for the Sniper because he tracks animals, or the Heavy because he can recognize the difference between baby bears the size of full grown bears and fully grown versions of those massive bears.
As for the talking to his pets thing, all the Mane 6 talk to their pets. Only Rarity and Pinkie don’t seem to be able to communicate with their pets, but Pinkie seems to understand frog, so make what you will of that.
Kinda what @Cyborg_pony said. Fluttershy’s typical demeanor brilliantly contrasts the game’s violence, and seems to fit like a glove consider the medic class doesn’t have to attack anyone except in self defense. However, in the show Fluttershy has shown that she can have some fantastic outbursts of anger and passion when provoked, which is what a lot of people use to tie her in closely to the Medic’s ‘always-on’ vicious streak.
I think it mostly comes from the S1 final with her going crazy for the animals.
A lot of people seem to make Fluttershy Medic because she would never kill, but then don’t seem to know if they want her to act more Fluttershy or more Medic. It confuses me.
