Oh, well, no, I believe they do make surround sound headphones, they’re expensive as all hell, but from what I recall hearing, very worth it, @Drefsab Can you confirm?
Meant to say, anything more than stereo. 7.1 implies 7 speakers and a sub.
They could be mono…? I guess…
I had a pair of mono headphones once… they didn’t have much depth…
How exactly can headphones be anything else than stereo? They might be able to simulate something more, but…
Every pair of PC headphones I’ve owned in the last 5 years. Mmmm, delicious 7.1 surround sound.
High quality ones… or the ones made for pre-iPhone-era smartphones.
