All joking aside, I kinda think we as the human race can kinda fit that bill. Yeah, not all of us are chuckle fucks...but damned if most of us are. Truly, that 1/4 carries us, hardcore. It's how we've gotten this far actually, if just barely.


 
Now a days, I would say we're better then the -1 to **all** rolls compared to the average in D&D. But that's really only because we were dragged to this point.


 
There's a quote somewhere, hell if I can find it, that kinda goes;
 
"As the human race, we only progress as our slowest person adapts."


 
Which is quite true, especially if you look at today's world. Which I find to be quite humorous overall, if not a bit sad. The smartest people in the world lead us to a brighter future, and they sadly have to dforagce the knuckle dragging, mud monkeys aloneg. Kicking and screaming all the way.
