I see, that’s a real shame. To me, they easily look like the superior figures. You’re right that brands play such a big factor in all of these things, just because something isn’t branded doesn’t mean it isn’t just as good or better.

Oh the attention is there, but Hasbro’s gets more attention having the license for JW. Plus Papo stuff isn’t retailed in a lot of stores sadly.

@LightningBolt
I can understand that. Can’t forget the that raptors are too big. They’re supposed to be feathered turkey sized dinos. Well we have our personal preferences, so I can understand that as well.

That’s just sad, really sad. I don’t know much about JP/JW but it’s a shame that some people will never buy the Papo toys because of the supposed Hasbro brand loyalty and reliability, when they’re actually getting the exact opposite.

Papo aren’t Jp/Jw branded toys. They base a lot of their toys on the designs and yet it’s a masterpiece, and they’re meant for kids despite have such beautiful detail and life put into them.Big Al or Alex as I like to call her, is A Hasbro toy from 2013. Two years ago! How sad is that?

Agreed, Lego was always a brand that could be trusted for being gender neutral. Also, all the Lego Friends Disney Princess marketing doesn’t help. The princesses would have looked fine as regular mini-figures.

@Xari
Agree with you 100% mate. Girls shouldn’t have things in just pink and boys in blue. Anyone can have anything when it comes to toys I feel, regardless of gender.

@BlazingDazzlingDusk
Yeah they look quite ugly don’t they? It’s a shame Lego had to go down that route considering that Lego sets can be for everyone.

I would think that most if not every toy is for everyone BUT NOPE company’s have to go with the stereotype of “GIRLS Must HAVE GIRLY TOYS AND BOYS MUST HAVE MANLY TOYS”

Bullshit I SAY TO THAT STEREOTYPE

@LightningBolt
That is a bit unfair to compare but papo is for ages 3+ and where Hasbro’s Trex was $35, Papos is $20-$25 and isn’t anywhere near as big a Hasbro. I should have introduced Big Al from 2013
(I like giving things nicknames)
full Same company, same brand, and a two year difference.

I will do it for the good of the Shadowbolts XD

@Mrmildock
Very true! And it is so annoying when toys become hard to find and rise in price. Especially when the toy is NEW (Adagio Doll).

@Mrmildock
That sounds awful, they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with such cheap quality. Sometimes I wonder how some these toys are even allowed to be sold XD

@Xari
Sounds terrible! I am not a fan of girly stuff, but that’s just me. :)

I personally don’t know much about Nerf but all I do know is that I didn’t like how they split up the brand with all the pink “Nerf Rebelle stuff”.

Wise words, Hasbro. Take them on board!

@BlazingDazzlingDusk
Well as like to say, Buy what you like and like what you buy. Shame too, I know how it feels to spend more on a hard to find figure.
@BlazingDazzlingDusk
And that’s not counting the easy to pop off ,hazardous arms, cheap rubber that rips easily, and electronics that barely work. Did I mention the legs give out so she cant make noise or stand.
