I would have just thought Pip’s level 3 Super would be either using all her weapons at once or levitating her opponent and slamming them into the ground or something…

No, her level 3 Super Power is simply not available. Because it is too grotesque and insane for the G-rated nature of Fighting is Magic. And even if it were available, Pip would sooner K.O. herself before daring to use it.
 
I’m referring to the blood magic that the Black Book forced onto her. She can take a pool of blood and craft swords and shields out of them, but she has major moral issues with using an ability an evil entity mindraped her to teach.
