This wing looks like an early prototype. I don’t think this one is connected to her brain.
The one seen in the show didn’t have any pulleys to allow it to move. Rainbow moved that wing like one of her natural wings. When Rainbow had this wing she was handicapped. With the other wing she was a cyborg.
Depends on whether the prosthetic is wired to her brain or not. If it is, she’s a cyborg. If not, she’s just handicapped.
