So… What happened to the real Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rairty? Were they impirsoned by Chrysalis in the same caverns as Cadance and Twilight were imprisoned?

Part of me likes to think that those were the real Rarity and Dash, but they got transformed into Changelings by Chrysalis to help hunt the other Ponyville ponies down.
