I’m of two minds about Glimmer. On the one hand, I think she’s a pretty good villain and an interesting character; on the other hand, she reminds me of RL tyrants and despots like Mao, Stalin and Pol Pot and therefore I often feel the same sense of revulsion I get from them.
 
I also feel as though redeeming her would be a mistake since a) I think she’s just more interesting as a villain than she would be as a hero and b) I just can’t see someone as committed to her beliefs as Glimmer throwing them away and turning over a new leaf. Again, the revulsion factor also plays a role in me not wanting to see her join the M6.
