Or they don’t want human kids imitating them? (Applejack WAS going to actually bash trees with her head to get the apples down, and thus explain her dizziness in “Applebuck Season”, but they had to change it to her hind legs and just make her not sleep for a week so kids don’t slam their heads in trees…)
