And Everyone forgets King Sombra. I don’t want to russle any jimmies, but in my opinion that character sucked. I don’t care what the the two episodes tried to throw at us to make the character intimidating, he was like a plank of wood for both episodes who had 2 seconds of screen time, 3 lines, and really didn’t do anything to further the plot for me(again this is my opinion).

Flash is not just background pony you trying to compare him with, he’s supposed to be a supporting character and in this role he really sucks ass. So yeah it’s not the same really.
Well, those are your thoughts. Yeah, I don’t care about Flash mainly because he is just a prop, but he isn’t that pointless, at least in the first movie he was sort of useful. But hey, I would say he’s better than other characters who get a lot of praise for just standing there imo.
I think it’s the other way around, flash is just a tool, an accessory that was put in the movie in the last minute just for the sake of being Ken to Barbie as you said. Flash has no purpose on his own, he’s useless.
