The choppers appear to be AH-64 Apache’s with a reversed tail rotor and landing skids instead of wheels. Which kinda makes sense because ultramare exists in an ulternate universe where Boeing presumably designed a similar vehicle.

i’m getting the feeling the town mayor is wanting her to leave the town forever, otherwise why else is there military “choppers around Ultramare?

Scratch that this is the first time he’s drawn ultramare (could of sworn he made when before I must be thinking of Khorme), still friggin’ awesome though.
