Yeah, there were several Mosin-Nagant variants that are pretty short.
Joking aside, it does appear to be a Mosin Nagant, either an M90/20 or an m38, it’s hard to tell from a cartoon style drawing.
Nice. In my HSotD head cannon, I imagine the whole academy being buckled down like a fortress, keeping zombies and outsiders away.
