So an armed civilian militia was formed to guard the US-Mexico border from any illegal immigrants. Just recently said militia had detained 200 of them and gave them to the Border Patrol, who while does not condone the actions of the militia, also takes zero action against them.Thoughts?
Easy. The militia members should be arrested. They have no legal authority for what they are doing and their actions undoubtedly violate any number of criminal laws.

This is like saying police are using crime as an excuse to murder black people.It’s nonsense. Murder is a very specific crime, murder is specifically an unjustified killing. If you get shot because your dumb ass pointed a gun at a cop, that’s your fault, and that’s not murder.Do what the police say and don’t break the law. Not breaking the law is literally the easiest thing you can do.
And as we all know, there’s nothing more justified than shooting the guy who’s crime adjacent, or who called the police to report a crime, or who is talking to the police with no hostile signs at all, or who is kneeling on the ground with his hands up and back to you because you have a gun on them.

Let’s not even talk about how their little stunt isn’t even useful since the majority of migrants directly go and surrender to border patrols anyway.
If they aren’t border patrol or police they have no business holding people at gunpoint. If they couldn’t pass the recruit exams, they’re either too incompetent or too obviously racist. Shut these idiot border-patrol-wannabees down before they fuck up and get someone killed.

I’ve read the conclusions and about 50 pages of the juicier stuff but Mueller concludes no evidence of Russian Collusion and can’t he prove or disprove the attempts at obstructing his investigation.
It is mentioned that Trump was concerned that the investigation was bad optics and made it difficult to do his job so that may be why he possibly tried influence it. It would make zero sense for Trump to try and obstruct an investigation into something Mueller himself concedes never happened so If Trump did try to interfere…Dumb move. Shoulda just let it play out naturally.

under the fourth amendment, if they do a criminal investigation into a bunch of people, and most of those people aren’t indicted, charged not even necessarily suspected of anything, they’re just pertinent, than you can’t start revealing intimate details on their private business, financial or political lives to the public. You have to redact those lines.

Also, while I agree that this is dangerous, we’ll just have to wait and see for now. Like I said before, there isn’t any legal excuse in arresting them. And arresting a group for potentially being dangerous isn’t a good reason.
