extra fun at parties
strategically covered continues to suffer from misuse because frankly, the colloquial meaning of the phrase is barely covered (i.e. mostly nude but covered “where it counts” for censorship, ratings, network rules etc.) and I don’t know why this site specifically wants to stick to the special definition of “barely covered”-minus-conscious-“covering”, frankly.
We could change the definition to allow any and all cases regardless of character intention to cover their or someone else’s nudity… but if not, the tag should at least be renamed to communicate the intended limitation.
In any case, strategically covered should imply barely covered.
