How to Show Default Hidden tags ?

Hello. I am very new to here, and i realized that i cannot see some posts because they are hidden by default. Sometimes it says “no results found” even though the tag and posts exist. Can i delete the default filters ? And if so how can i do it ? I have no idea how to see the posts i want to.

If you’re on a computer, look in the bar at the top of the page for the word “Filters” (it’s a clickable link). On mobile, it’ll be in the hamburger menu. You can switch between a few preset filters, or duplicate one of them to edit to your liking.
