'cycles' and 'cycles render' should be merged / aliased with 'blender cycles'

'Cycles' is a render engine of the 3d software Blender.

Currently, there are 3 tags in use:
cycles render ~ 160 images
blender cycles ~ 238 images
cycles ~ 525 images

I suggest merging (or aliasing?) all these into "blender cycles":
- The naming "blender cycles" is consistent with the "blender eevee" tag, the other render engine of Blender. (No other tag seems to be used for the eevee render engine.)
- Also, "blender cycles" already implies "blender", the others don't.
