"Animated" tag?

It really baffles me that under the “Animated” tag people are uploading both fan works and clips from the official series (a lot of tyt lately). Is there any division? I would like to be subscribed ONLY to fan animations

AFAIK animated has always been for both official and fanmade material, but if you instead use the string animated, -screencap, -offical for searches or under your Watchlist, it should filter out official material.

Animated literally just means something is animated, simple as that.

Sometimes people tag fanworks as screencap so better bet is animated, artist:*.

Ok thanks, I just thought there might be a separate tag I don’t know about for fan works only
