Nightmare Night

(Since it is October I have decided to create a Halloween themed thread)
 
It’s only a few day until Nightmare Night and everypony is getting ready to make it the best night ever! Costumes are being made, pumpkins are being carved, and candies are being bought. You have been invited to Pinkie’s Nightmare Night party at the old Loren mansion, a mansion many ponies did not even know existed. The party will be in three days but until then you can either mingle with your friends, make your own costume, or help Pinkie with the party preparations.
 
Call this thread a Halloween special if you would, I won’t spoil anything but be warned, for better or worse, this Nightmare Night will be a night you won’t soon forget…
 
Rules:  
This is a light hearted thread…for now!
 
No need for a character sheet just jump in, also you can be canon characters as well as your OCs.
 
No weapons…at least not yet

“Hmm… where’s Pinkie at this time…? Probably making a party. I’d never miss a Pinkie Party!” Cadence was looking around the shopping stalls in the centre of Ponyville

“How could I forget?”

The Loren mansion was in the outskirts of the Everfree, despite it being only a short walk from Ponyville many ponies did not notice the mansion until only recently. The mansion was four stories high with many large windows, the front doors were equally large and overlooking the front entrance was a balcony. Although the mansion looked stunning on the outside, the interior left something to be desired. The interior looked like a tornado raged through it, old shards of glass was everywhere, tables were overturned, and all the mirrors were shattered. And don’t even get me started on the dust! But mysteriously there were no cobwebs, no rats, no signs of life…The mansion was still, like an old photo. Suddenly creaking could be heard, on the forth floor was a unicorn mare with her horn lit, she went from room to room inspecting everything with her horn. When she had finished she went down into the entrance hall of the building and wrote down a few things on her clipboard. Suddenly she heard breathing from behind her, her eyes widened, she wanted to turn around or run but she was petrified, the breathing came closer, the mare wanted to scream but fear stole her voice. Suddenly…it spoke.
 
?: “HIYA HOUSE HUNTER!!! I WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN I SAW YOU POKING AROUD SO I DECIDED TO DROP BY AND SAY HI!!! HI!!!!!” The pink mare hugged the frightened mare who immediately down upon feeling the warmth of Pinkie, but she was still a bit mad
 
House Hunter: “Pinkie! You nearly gave me a heart attack!”
 
Pinkie Pie: “Oops! Sorry!” She lets go “So how’s the house huh huh? Is it ready huh huh huh????”
 
House Hunter: “Yes! Oddly.”
 
Pinkie Pie: “Great!!!! I can’t wait to tell everypony!” She zips off into ponyville leaving the unicorn mare alone in the mansion yet again. She looks around and shudders, not wanting to spend another moment in there she leaves, but as she leaves she feels like she is being watched
