When Harry Met Shyly: When Zippoorwhill starts thinking she might want to follow in Fluttershy’s hoofsteps, Fluttershy tells her a story about a bashful filly and an orphaned bear cub.
 
Inner Life: A hospitalized colt gains a cutie mark while in a coma, and Princess Luna summons the CMC to help her search his dreams for an explanation.
 
Why Do Foals Fall In Love?: A week before Hearts and Hooves Day, Apple Bloom begins getting letters from a secret admirer, but she’s more creeped out than flattered by the though of somepony watching her. Unfortunately, she can’t think of any way to make them stop without first finding out who they’re from. Meanwhile, Scootaloo is caught off-guard when she gets a crush on a colt. Both turn to Sweetie Belle for advice, but she soon gets sick of being their wingpony and declares that she wants nothing to do with Hearts and Hooves Day for the rest of her life!

Maybe in the last season of the show it would be fun to see an episode where starlight gets temporally transported to the future where she ends up meeting the future children of the mane six and she has to work with them to send her back/beat up a villain.

A Sorry State: Princess Celestia sends the Mane 6 (and Spike) to a diplomatic summit with the Hippogriffs, in hopes that they can make amends with Queen Novo for Twilight’s attempted theft of the Pearl of Transformation. When negotiations seem to stall, Twilight offers to turn herself in and stand trial on the condition that her actions not be held against her friends or the kingdom of Equestria.
 
The Fluttershy Effect: Despite Rainbow Dash’s warnings, Gilda pushes Fluttershy around in an effort to toughen her up.
 
The Long Way Home: Stranded in the wilderness, Rarity comes across Prince Blueblood, lost and separated from his caravan, and must reluctantly lead him to safety.
 
Mother and Child Reunion: The map tasks Rarity, Sweetie Belle, and the Apple sisters with mending the rift between Diamond Tiara, who has lost all the respect she once had for her mother and is now openly hostile towards her, and Spoiled Rich, who blames the change in her daughter’s behavior on the new ponies she’s been spending time with and keeps chasing her friends away because of it.

Trix of the Trade: Jealous of Twilight’s success story in mentoring Starlight Glimmer, Trixie decides to take on a student of her own to pass on her love of stage magic, and she chooses Snips. But will Trixie be patient enough with Snips to get past his… slowness?

Tears of Toy: Discord decides to open his own toy store and starts selling small toy horses that resemble real ponies along with mini castles and accessories, Twilight and her friends are not at all happy with how they are represented.

Do They Know It’s Hearth’s Warming?: Apple Bloom skips her family’s festivities to spend Hearth’s Warming with Zecora, who would otherwise be spending the day alone, but doesn’t give enough thought to how much she’ll be missed at home.

My guess is that Zecora will be the one to remind her, and the Apples will invite her over.

The Barber of Ponyville: When Diamond Tiara stops coming to school, Silver Spoon worries about her friend. When Sweetie Belle asks if everything’s all right, Silver Spoon pours out her worries, and the two talk Rarity into a plan in which she gets hired as Diamond Tiara’s manestylist for her parents’ most important social events and photo ops, when they need her to look her best, and uses this position to make sure she’s all right, as well as pass messages between her and Silver Spoon.
 
_{I originally had another idea for this title, but I decided to look up actual plot to “Barber of Seville”, and the idea of Diamond being basically locked away and Silver being separated from her made me think “hey, let’s use the plot and not just the title”.}
 
I’m Not Gonna Teach Him How To Prance With You: Rarity becomes resentful when Applejack brings a stallion to her and asks her to teach him how to “dance fancy”. (Because sometimes it’s fun to get the shippers all riled up. And the guy turns out to just be one of AJ’s Pear cousins that she’s trying to make a good impression on.)
 
Double Doublecross: Wind Rider and Lightning Dust team up to settle the score with Rainbow Dash, but Lightning Dust soon finds she was meant only to serve as a distraction while he went after the pony he truly holds responsible for his fall from grace: Rarity.

Not sure about the first part, I was thinking Applejack actually shows up at Zecora’s to bring Apple Bloom home and she’d get to deliver the big speech about family. But the second one I think would be really heartwarming (pun not intended) despite it’s obviousness.

Thanks! 4 was in my head for a while, I was always a little disappointed that they never followed up with DT after she reformed. (And still am, hence today’s first episode idea.)

I feel like I need to clarify this one. Rainbow Dash isn’t trying to protect Fluttershy from Gilda. She’s trying to protect Gilda from the consequences of pushing Fluttershy too far.

I don’t know, it was a useful clarification for me. “Warnings” could have meant any number of things, depending on context. “Knock it off or you won’t like what Fluttershy will get like”, “knock it off or you’ll hurt Fluttershy rather than help her”, “knock it off or we’re through… again”…

I’m guessing that it’ll end with Fluttershy learning the lesson “Appreciate the help given by friends” and Gilda having learnt “Respect your friends’ boundaries”.

The Family Tree: When Grand Pear has to move back to Vanhoover, Applejack and her siblings ask to come with him on the trip in the hopes of getting to know their mother’s side of the family. Unfortunately, the other Pears see them only as Apples and treat them as trespassers rather than guests. Have they lost their newfound family before they could even be part of it?

Or Fluttershy learns that sometimes people do bad things with good intentions (and how to help them get back on track), and Gilda learns that not only should you not judge a book by its cover, but some of them can take a sharp left turn around chapter five, too. Yours is better though.

As of this point, Rarity and Sweetie Belle’s parents are the only M6 parents that haven’t had a major role in an episode, so how about an episode about their family. Bonus points if they find a role for Ian James Corlett (Claire’s dad, in case you weren’t aware) in there. A smaller amount of bonus points if Kazumi Evans plays a role other than Rarity’s singing voice.
 
Equestria Girls Special: Fearful Asymmetry: In which Starlight Glimmer gets her ass handed to her by her magically-empowered human counterpart and the two Twilights try to work through the existential uneasiness and minor identity crises that they cause each other.
 
EqG Choose-Your-Ending short: We Can Work it Out: Applejack was planning on going for a morning run with Rainbow Dash, but Rainbow Dash has to cancel because she’s sick (actually sick; her sinuses are making noises that scare the hell out of Tank), and AJ needs to find a new exercise partner for the day.  
-Twilight: Tries to mad-science up some high-tech exercise equipment, which malfunctions in various ways.  
-Rarity: Lures AJ into a brief martial-arts sparring session that turns into a parody of the Morpheus/Neo fight from The Matrix.  
-Pinkie Pie: Aerobics. Bounce house. This can’t end well.
 
How to Train Your Unicorn: Twilight suggests that Spike take a few days of vacation, But when he tries to teach Starlight how to cover for him while he’s away, her impulsiveness and tendency to overdo things yield such poor results that he’s not sure it’ll ever be safe for him to take a day off.
 
The Dissapparents: Fed up with her absentee parents, Scootaloo decides to find out just what it is they’re doing when they go away.

The parents have only been voiced once so far, so given the recent recasting of Twilight’s parents, it’s not odd to imagine these two being recast as well.
