Mine is less romance as well. Thank goodness there isn’t any in the 3 specials. Let’s hope that in the future, and in EqG 5, they might do something a lot more different and get rid of this romance stuff.

Well to me in my opinion, it’s just getting out of hand. And I’m really getting sick and tired of it already. It’s just crossing the line. And I really think they need to cut that “high school romance” crap out, because it is really starting to get annoying right now. Again, it’s just my opinion. I’m sorry if I sounded rude and all. I wasn’t trying to, I just feel really annoyed by this stupid “high school romance” already, because I think they need to cut that out. Again, just my opinion. Sorry about that.

I liked Twilight and Timber, because it was shallow and stupid and based mostly on looks. It felt like a real teenage relationship, you know?

Well he does get named dropped (at least Camp Everfree does) in Dance Magic. A music short is all about Sci-Twi building a robotic duplicate of him. So yeah I think this one is gonna stick, even if Timber himself doesn’t exactly get screentime.

Didn’t someone say that the music short takes place earlier in the EQG timeline? I know SciTwi is a nerd and possible wanna-be mad scientist but….what is the point in building a robotic duplicate of someone you’re already dating?

The Summertime Shorts take place during the events of the first movie, but Mad Twience is it’s own thing
 
Also Dance Magic the song was on the Friendship Games soundtrack so originally I think it was supposed to come out before LOE

Frankly I doubt Timber was really that serious about it. He likely finds a nice girl to flirt with in every school trip, which is why Gloriosa stepped in and cockblocked him at the party. Saved Twilight a lot of grief.

Frankly Timber really reminded me of the sleazy older guy you meet on holiday, all natural tan, fake accent and no consequences.
 
Despite this I still quite like him. He’s a empty headed narcissist, but he’s nice enough, and there are worse ways to lose your virginity. At least she doesn’t have to see him at school the next day, and it’s a funny story for when you’re thirty and remembering the days of being young and stupid.
