Verified Artist Issues. Help please.

I recently learned that some of my art was being uploaded here without my permission. I do not post here, so that was not fun to hear.

I tried to do an artist verification link but it keeps giving me the fluffle-puff 505 error screen even though it worked the first time, and I got the code to put in a bio. What should I do? I do not want my art being uploaded on this website without my permission anymore.
