Spoiler non-episode pony images?

Kinda odd to ask, is there a way to spoiler pony images? For explicit, questionable, etc. Safe is fine. From the show is fine.
 
But pony porn is weird to me. Anthro and human is perfectly fine. Is there a way to block it?

That one’s trickier because derpibooru doesn’t let you nest parentheses, but it does weight OR and AND differently, so you could try:
