Is webM supposed to look bad on preview?

Let’s say, animation has high Resolution (around 2kx1.5k) but preview and fullscreen preview is quite bad. Is it supposed to be like this or are there any tips or settings for webM uploads?

webm and gif previews are fairly compressed by default to save on (user) bandwidth. You can enable higher quality previews in your Local Settings.
