Drugs abuse SFW?

Hi, I drew Cadance smoking methamphetamine >>3048439 as vent art when I was craving drugs. I was hesitant to post it anywhere at all. After a couple months I posted it here anyway. I was unsure what rating tag to give it, but I felt like ‘Questionable’ was a reasonable compromise. I was pretty surprised when the tag was quickly changed to ‘Safe’. As someone who has consumed a lot of drugs, I don’t really think it’s a SFW thing. I wouldn’t want this coming up on google image search results, I wouldn’t want kids to randomly come across it. I believe that consumption of cannabis and alcohol are benign enough to be considered SFW, but hard drugs are a different story. They are harmful and can be extremely dangrous. Meth in particular is an insidious drug that destroys lives. Please reconsider whether this should be tagged ‘Safe’. I do not believe it should be. Thank you for your time.

My understanding has always been that the rating tags define how “sexual” something is, not necessarily how “SFW” something is. semi-grimdark, grimdark, and grotesque are the ratings that fall outside that usual lineup, but I don’t think any of those fit your image either.

While looking at images of smoking meth might get you looks at most workplaces, it’s not really different from images of using explosives or such, just activities that are unsafe and may be illegal. The Safe rating says something isn’t shocking in a sexual, violent, or gross manner, not that it is necessarily okay morally, legally, or for safety.
