Hey so, how can i see a list of all the tags i currently have hidden? I recently hid an artist who I used to like and I forgot to remove some of their art from my favorites.

Check your current active filter, the tags will be in the Hidden Tags box.

Kind of a weird one, but are comments on posts relating to ACAB/BLM turned off? The entire comment box on a few images Ive seen are missing, and the reply button does nothing. Someone wanted to see an alternative version of a post and I wanted to show them that pretty much exactly what they were looking for existed.  
I’ve looked around and haven’t seen anything mentioning it.  
It’s fine if they are, I just want to make sure its not a weirdly specific bug I’m experiencing.  
Let me know if this isn’t the right place for this, I’m not often in the forums

Aside from the normal annual influx of people who only come here because it’s Pride Month, I think you need an option C at least in there. I mean, I know for a fact here are BPs here who aren’t here to (spam comments || be rude in general). Some BPs are really nice.

Sorry if this sounds cynical, but your question seems very heavily biased toward only two possible solutions, and I’m pretty sure people have a lot of reasons for coming here, especially now during all the shit that has been going down globally for months.
 
Fires, pandemics, people losing their jobs and their companies to forced closures, promises of financial help from governments that never arrive or are so laden with paperwork and regulations that only companies with legal departments can qualify for them, protests, riots … and hundreds of thousands of people dying - it’s a lot like 1968 in many ways.
 
So if people need to blow off steam, or want to come here because they want to relax and just enjoy ponies, or come here for ponies and find all of this shit happening here too?

Regarding the new voteban/forced filtering, it appears that the “George floyd protests” tag has been added to it but in a different way.  
An example of an image below, note the lack of “Black lives matter” tag in both it’s current tags and history.  

 
Apparently people who have had zero interaction with this tag (No up/down votes, no comments, nothing) have been filtered from it, as this is hearsay and i have not had the filter applied to myself i’d like to confirm whether this is the case or some sort of bug with the new system.  
And if it IS intentional, a list of effected tags would be appreciated.

Can confirm. I’m shadowbanned from the BLM tag, never interacted with the other one, and still can’t vote (or even see without the direct link) on that pic. Posted about it in the other thread.

It shows up spoilered for politics in a Private window for me.

I know that, you appear to have misunderstood my question.
 
I was asking whether the filter being applied to tags other than “Black lives matter” was intentional or a bug.  
And if intentional, whether there was a list of tags which are filtered.  
I assume there is a list, as the people effected by the filter have, apparently, not interacted with the filtered tag in any way in order for them to flag up in the ways that were briefly explained by other members of staff such as abuse of the downvote system.

Dude was asking whether there was a list of tags that are being filtered in general, not specifically for him. Something i’m interested in as well, as well as what you lot are using to justify such low downvote ratios as worth making a brand-new feature to forcibly hide tags from users despite very little interaction from what i can tell.

I searched for quite a bit on the forums and seems like a few users have been caught with this forced filtering, which imo is just as bad as when people tried to get away with removing the downvotes  
Only noticed I had been hit because a friend sent >>2371533 and I looked around thinking it was a bug that I couldn’t vote to it alone, since I try to not bother others if I can fix things myself, but then I found about this new thing going on in the shadows  
Already self reported as was requested but really, was such thing really necessary? Like I said on the report, such thing being pushed under the rugs without a notice or warning is quite stupid, especially since “thing” being hidden doesn’t even show on filters, almost like you guys want to decide what I should be able to see or not on the site. I still have the legacy filter for a reason don’t I? Even though long ago I decided to see the site for what it is…  
Really hope you guys take a step back and rethink such decision, transparency and honesty goes a long way

After posting I decided to go to the image to vote and this time it worked, still doesn’t shows on the overall page and, curious, I went to the image posted above and it also didn’t work…

While the mods have indicated some false positives have occurred, it seems pretty clear even to an outsider that there was a significant portion of users who flagrantly violated the rules regarding how you are allowed to vote, in particular rules #4 and #6.
 
If you truly believe you haven’t broken the rules (which, if you haven’t read recently, you really should), then sure, it is a bit unfortunate you got swept up in the collateral. I personally happen to think that for now, these steps have been a decent price to pay for keeping the challenge pissing match down. Certainly less combative than banning everyone.

From what I read the problem they had were the downvotes, but I can’t remember on having given more than 5 downvotes total since last week, and even then, silently locking users out without any communication, even if automated, seems pretty stupid, especially since its hidden to the final user  
Like I said, transparency and honesty goes a long way, and this seems pretty sketchy
 
This is not really a important question anymore so not on point for the thread, and already posted my request for them to at least be more clear to its users or even think to rollback on this last decision up there, imo doing things hidden like this is never really good, as the user should know at least what has been done to them and/or why

LOL imagine being such a bunch of crybaby snowflakes as to try to make a ~~Derpibooru Alternative~~ instead of just “not being ignorant racist/sexist assholes all the time”. /mlp/ really is on a different planet.

Agree or disagree with it, Derpi has pretty much always had an institutional SOP of doing mass modding stuff behind the scenes and not saying anything unless dozens of people start yelling about it like it was a bug or an accident; they’re unlikely to change that anytime soon.

Some people do the stupidest amount of work for the least bit of power, that’s for sure.

Are you guys just deliberately ignoring questions instead of at least answering with an ‘i don’t know’? Probably not a wise idea to leave things to speculation like that, yea? Are you going to implement blacklisting of each and every feature individually, now that you’ve added forced hiding of tags, the main sorting system of the site?

The content that gets purged will always go somewhere. That and they’re tired of living under the boot and are trying to make something new to remedy the issue, which is something i can respect.  
not that this is the place for such a topic, this is the mod question thread, not the ‘we discuss other sites and pretend to be superior’ thread. mind moving elsewhere instead of posting here and possibly making a mod miss a question by accident?

As it’s been over 24 hours without even an acknowledgement of my question, despite mods being active and an Admin actually being in this thread after i posted it I’m left with another question.
 
Why is it being ignored?  
It can’t be due to bias over my Anonymous posting, nor because i havent been effected by the filter personally as at least two people in this thread have been hit by this new filter after i raised the issue.  
It also cant just be a simple matter of “I dont know” as i invited that as an acceptable response, i know enough about the inter-staff communication that some things like this would take time to talk about, hence why i also waited a day before posting this.
 
The only conclusion i can make is that you dont want to answer this question.  
Which just leaves me with speculation as to why not, none of which paints the staff in a good light.  
Maybe a member of the technical team added it without telling anyone.  
Maybe one of the Admins authorized it without informing the rest of the staff, the BLM policy decision was apparently made without consulting 14 of the 37 mods after all.  
Maybe it’s completely intentional and you were hoping nobody would notice, and further hoping the issue will go away if you ignore it.  
Maybe, maybe, maybe.  
I dont want to speculate, but without any sort of acknowledgement of the issue you’re encouraging just that.
