Holy shit, it’s Tack. Him and Pomni do look rather similar.

Before I watched ADC I thought the whole thing was a tribute to Richard Williams. Pomni looks like Tack, Ragatha looks like Raggedy Ann, and Jax is kinda rubbery and cartoon like Roger Rabbit.

Makes a lot more sense when you put it like that. In the case of Ragatha, though, my first thought was Molly Coddle before Raggedy Ann.

Gooseworx confirmed that Raggedy Ann was her primary source of inspiration for Ragatha and that, since she didn’t know about Bump in the Night, the similarities between her and Molly Coddle (including the button eye) are mere coincidence.

I only ever saw Bump in the Night when I was like 4, so it wasn’t present in my mind st all either.
I wouldn’t even have thought Raggedy Ann either if not for Pomni reminding me of Tack.
