Why is Trump trying to get assassinated again?

In this trying time I believe it behooves us all to rush our Thoughts and Prayers to the scene.

Trump being potentially targeted in a second assassination attempt and people caring even less than last time is just so funny.

So, it turns out one local Libertarian Party account did some pretty outlandishly vile shit this very morning.

Did… did that trigger some monkey paw somewhere? Stochastic terrorist gets to have their wish twisted.

The New Hampshire Libertarian Party. We were already talking about another tweet from those nutcases a few days ago (and, as previously mentioned, they’d make other libertarian nutcases look downright reasonable in comparison).

I remember when Christopher Cantwell (who himself was a libertarian until Trump) joked about how the Libertarian Party was made up of “rejects from the DNC and GOP.”

MAGA is mad the first assassination attempt didn’t boost him with independents in the polls and they think a second one will help him this time? After the rambling on Tuesday?

Incidentally Trump’s last post before the attempt was an all caps tweet saying “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

The suspect has been identified by the NY Post and other outlets as Ryan Wesley Routh.

I wouldn’t jump the gun too fast on who it is; there’s another Ryan Routh on Facebook who’s mostly likely not a Republican and apparently volunteered in Ukraine, whose page just got taken down.

His tweets about sending NATO trained Afghan soldiers to Taiwan is just comedy gold but then again this is a Floridian we’re talking about.
