I managed to fix it by restarting the browser.

They literally hired someone to find the function of a fucking rubber duck, and in Goblet of fire, it’s readily apparent they hadn’t considered asking for help from another student to put your name into said goblet was an option their students would, or even could think of, never mind the ones from muggle/half-muggle families, who might be more inclined to do so, based on past experiences outside of Hogwarts.
