Tyrannosaurus Rex - Scenescof, Child Star, Dwarfish Trumpet Blues, Mustang Ford and Frowning Atahuallpa (My Inca Love) (Featuring British DJ John Peel on narration)
From the debut album by the English (From London) Psychedelic folk duo, known under the long title “My People Were Fair and Had Stars In Their Hair… But Now They’re Content To Wear Stars On Their Brows”, released in 1968.
Comprised of singer/guitarist/superstar Marc Bolan and percussionist Steve Peregrin Took, this quaint little hippy-dippy outfit would eventually morph into the famous 1970s Glam rock band T-Rex.

XTC - Making Plans For Nigel (1979)
(New Wave/Art rock/Post punk)
Really silly song. Good to listen to maybe once in a while so it doesn’t drive you loopy with its incessant “Oo-oo”s xD

The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Stone Free, Day Tripper (The Beatles cover), Lover Or Confusion, Catfish Blues, Robert Petway cover), *Hear My Train A Comin’, *Hoochie Koochie Man (Willie Dixon Cover, feat. Alexis Korner), Foxy Lady and *Burning Of The Midnight Lamp
From “Radio One”, a CD Compilation released in 1988 featuring BBC Radio broadcasts by the British-American Rock trio, recorded throughout 1967 and featuring many excellent and exciting performances spanning the band’s first two albums (And one from Electric Ladyland, the aforementioned *Burning Of The Midnight Lamp”), Rock ‘n’ Roll and Blues covers (An example of the latter being their cover of *Hoochie Koochie Man featuring the legendary British Blues kingpin Alexis Korner on slide guitar), and one song that wouldn’t be recorded in the studio until toward the end of Jimi Hendrix’s life (*Hear My Train A Comin’). This CD - while predating the releases from the company owned by Hendrix’s estate and family, Experience Hendrix - is an essential listen for not just serious Hendrix fans, but also those just getting themselves introduced to his immense back catalogue. After all, it showcases not only many of the songs that made Jimi Hendrix famous, but also the influences that helped shaped what he was and eternally shall be.
As always, R.I.P. to all 3 members of the Experience: Jimi, Noel and Mitch

Gojira, the magicians of metal. Kind of sad The Way Of All Flesh is an underestimated album in their catalogue.
