Trademark laws need to be updated to include long shelved products like video-games. This “losing the license” bullshit is starting to go too far.
 
It should be a one off, owning the license for that product, unaffected by future loss of trademark.

And whatever “updates” they’ve made, made the law even more backwards. Face it, as long as these senile rich old people stay in power, we’ll never get anywhere. A Revolution is required. Kind of ironic, how these senile old people in power once fought for their rights and freedom and were revolutionaries themselves, and now they became the exact same things they’ve fought against in the past. It’s sad that our generation may not be any exception either…
