Certain questions are much, much more important than others on that test, and ultimately it fails the job of really saying definitively whether you’re in an abusive relationship; it really only serves the purpose of guiding the direction of thinking, which can be both good (people being abused realize it by seeing a different point of view) and bad (people not being abused are either convinced they are, or worse, that they can convince others they are to get money).
The test is garbage.
Also, many of the responses in regards to Twilight are blatantly twisting the words of the questions (far more than just “stay away from werewolves”; note that the test asks for threats of suicide and is not talking about if your lover would commit suicide if they thought you were dead), apparently because the author wanted to hit that 100% to reinforce the viewpoint that Bella’s in an abusive relationship. I don’t like Twilight, but the relationship in it, as far as I know, never goes in that direction.
