@Dirty Bit
I don’t care if the show has detractors. I’m of the belief that anything isn’t immune from criticism and that you are allowed to criticize something as much as you are allowed to like it both without pushback. However, most of the video essays I see on my recommended look like it’s all regurgitating the same talking points to get clicks and revenue and hate bandwagoning and it gets very obnoxious. Like I’m sure some of these videos have legitimate points but I’d rather just like what I like and not have some schmuck with a microphone talk down to me and say “Dish show ish bad caush I don’t like it and my word should be taken ash fact”
@Dirty Bit
That’s what gets me about these vids, they sound so soapboxy and have this vibe of pretentiousness like “I’m right, shame on you for even liking this”
@Blackblade360
I’ve seen Ayy Lmao’s video on why Twitter hates Vivziepop and it was a good video, it talked about some past “controversies” surrounding her and how dumb and overblown they were
Well, there was Sarcastic Chorus, up until they left the fandom. Ayy Lmao is good. I would recommend MangaKamen, though I forget if he doesn’t particularly like the show
@harasha456
AyyLmao does good videos about fun facts, easter eggs, and fandom going-ons. Cartoon Universe talks about Hellaverse lore and lore theories, often comparing it to irl demonology.
@Tiger beetle
I looked up cartoon universe (I already found aaay lmao and honestly he seems to cover viv drama more than lore) and honestly I’m glad I did. I don’t follow the extended viviziepop social media network and his videos drastically changed my perception of the lore. example until now I had no idea the sinners were actually immortal
