Hazbin Hotel Thread [Possible NSFW/Dark]

The pilot was awesome. The Radio Demon would be the best character in the show, with Angel Dust and Nifty in second.
 
Thoughts?

The animation was fantastic, the premise is interesting, and I’m liking the all the characters, Charlie in particular. Aside from her just being a fun character, I’m intrigued by the idea that she’s such a genuinely good person even though by all rights she ought to be pure evil.

charlie and vaggie seem like they would make a cute couple. I do hope future episodes explore it

That’ll be really interesting to see developed. I’m wondering how a seemingly normal human and the princess of the underworld met in the first place. Also, one of the pictures in the hotel lobby looks like a picture of the two of them on a trip to Disney World- how does that work?

Husker seems relatively straightforward, but I’m curious to learn more about Niffty. That cute, hyperactive demeanor seems like it could take the character in some interesting directions.

Other than Sir Pentious, I don’t think I’ve heard any of the VAs in anything else before. Looking on IMDB, the only things that Niffty’s VA has been in that I’ve even heard of are the dubs of Sword Art Online and Kemono Friends. I’d read somewhere that the origninal idea for Niffty’s voice was based on Pinkie, maybe that’s it? She kind of makes me think of Pinkie crossed with Mabel from Gravity Falls.

Never caught the BoJack reference XD

Alastor is my favorite. Possibly because 1. he is powerful, 2. he is sinister as fuck, and 3. In the span of 80 years he managed to upend hell of all places and made actual true demons scared shitless of him. I want to see what he does with his now new “project” that he is funding for Charlie.

Also Angel Dust is actually interesting as well. I cant believe they managed to make a gay spider demon look sexy as fuck yet make guys want him as well. Tho to be fair….we see him after a “booty call” in the first 10 minutes of the pilot.
