Darkstalkers Ressurection is definetly worth a look, it’s netcode is superb, the gameplay is fast, the characters are unique and it’s pretty well balanced if you know what you’re doing. If you want to see some tournament footage of Darkstalkers 3 this channel has a hell of a lot of it.

I think there’s a super robot wars OG fighting game called SRW OG Infinite battle, You’ll have to import it though

I recommend Blazblue.  
 
With tons of characters, tons of special moves, and a ridiculously convoluted storyline, it really exemplifies the genre. Also, I like the art direction a lot.

Man, I had a SWR/Soku pack all ready to play, but it was on Megaupload. I should fix it up and reupload it.

Oh yeah, and I second Guilty Gear. That’s my best fighter, second to Soku though I’m still terrible at both. Since GGXrd is coming, it’s a great time to get back into it. The newest Blazblue looks pretty good, too.
