I mean, considering this event, I suppose it should be related to Nightmare Night somehow? Like “humanized” version of somepony in their costumes will pass? I.E. AJ-Scarecrow or Pinkie-Chicken and similar stuff… (Sorry if I’m being dumb, I just have a really unpleasant fever going on for days now)

Just Luna or Nightmare Moon, no. They’d have to be doing something clearly related to Nightmare Night or Luna’s return, or the show’s anniversary in general.
