Eclipsa said in return for Toffee’s death, she would return. Well, she is returning now

No she didn’t.  
She said in return for her teaching the spell to Moon she would get her freedom.  
Nothing about Toffee’s death, and even then it wasn’t actully the spell from Eclipsa that ended him, if it did.

Well in that case why didn’t she immediately come out right after Moon uses her spell ?

That we do not know, but seeing as when they made the contract their cheek marks shined and then Eclipsa’s lit up when it was used where as Moon’s darkened it might mean that it’s more likely from her saying the spell a second time.

Remember, the marks on both Eclipsa’s and Moon’s arms, and that all spells from Eclipsa are in the “forbidden chapter”, they might be linked by not only the contract but an effect of the spell, we do not know the reason they where marked as forbidden.  
My guess, they have a way of making Eclipsa more powerful when used by others, she created them from what we know.

Given she was basically in sea of corrupted magic and pulled out a small bit of normal magic to restore her wand, and that that from was like one we had seen Moon has, it’s timing is the only thing that might be seen as random, but it in no way is if you think a little.

Actully no, she didn’t, remember he was still there and Ludo dropped the pillar on him.  
Also, this wasn’t the whole season, only 1/3, so it didn’t really end there, so the payoff for the buildup isn’t there yet ||

But the deal was about the SPELL, not his death.  
That was originally when she would collect, so to speak, not what the deal was about.  
They flat out said and showed thing where about the spell.  
If the deal really was about his death, then as I pointed out, the fact it wasn’t her spell that killed him made it void.  
But it was about the spell only, to be collected when he was “dead”, so it doesn’t matter how he died as the deal was about learning the spell.

I do hate the anime cliche of getting beat up for noticing a girl naked. Especially when they’re at the wrong place. There’s only so few moments that it’s funny.

i gotta tell that guy was really good at the start but kind of petered out near the end.

Did they finally resolve that stupid Star-Marco melodrama, or is that still going on?

I always found the idea of Queen Moon and Toffee to have been friends or in a relationship kind of a stupid ship personally.
