Last I checked, he was living in Canada with his girlfriend. Maybe he’s had a lot of work recently, or maybe he and she had a kid. I’m hoping for the best, though it’s clear that he is at least alive due to the fact that apparently he has added a few recent pictures to his favorites.

One time after I moved, it took me a week to get my PC online after I misplaced a few cables. Then another time, the ISP couldn’t get my internet connection working and I was down for 3-4 days after I moved in.

I work with a guy that couldn’t get his ISP to sort out his connection for 5 months. Another just couldn’t be arsed with the hassle and just used work wifi to check mail for three damn years.
 
One of the site admins (hint, the one that isn’t me) has been waiting for his ISP to connect his internet for a full month now, and still waiting. And this is in one of the world’s richest and most advanced cities.
