Masked Matter-horn and Radiance lost their horns when the villains stole their powers and Mane-iac and Long-face gained horns by doing so.
It makes sorta sense but there’s one panel where Mane-iac has a horn before they stole the powers.

I think its like the drawing equivelent of an animation error. Sometimes mistakes happen and no one notices.

Adding something extra seems like a weird mistake to make, but drawing is weird, or we’re just missing some piece of context.
